Items with the following reasons below may be returned/exchanged within 7 days:

  1. Item has missing parts or accessories
  2. The wrong item was delivered or the item is different from what was featured online
  3. Frames and Sunglasses are covered by a 1-year warranty as long as the defect is due to Manufacturing issues.
  4. Contact Lenses, Solutions, and Supplements (eye drops, eye masks) are covered by a 1-month warranty from date of purchase.


On the other hand, the reasons below are invalid:

  1. Damages brought about by my customer mishandling or due to wear and tear will not be accepted nor are they covered by warranty.
  2. Simple change of mind will not be accepted.
  3. Return due to price differences with other stores will not be accepted.




  1. To process your return/exchange, please message us at and present your official receipt as proof of purchase.
  2. Item/s to be returned must be in good condition, in original packaging, complete with accessories.
  3. Selected items for exchange must be of the same value. If the customer prefers to exchange with an item that is priced higher than the original, customer will shoulder the excess amount. If customer chooses a lower-priced item, the excess amount will not be refunded.
